CPI - Secure Support Area
You have reached the CPI Customer Secure Support Area. Content in this area is made available for use in accordance with the conditions and terms set forth in your QSS/CPI license agreement.
Each link listed below requires a district logon and password. Additionally, a unique logon and password are required for each Support Forum user.
Support Forums are divided into two classes: general user and site specific. As a topic is posted, an email is automatically generated to the appropriate forum moderator. Clients may browse the support knowledge base and search for specific topics. When a topic is answered by the moderator, the client is automatically notified by email of the resolution. A secure area is dedicated to each client site so sensitive information may be transmitted with complete privacy.

Manage Your Contacts
Each CPI Secure Support Area account can create a list of contacts to be notified for the periodic password changes and important CPI Secure Support Area feature changes. Use the following link to add your info or manage the existing contacts for your account.
